• All above rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive American Breakfast, 10% service charge.

  • Maximum 2 children under 12 years old sharing room with parent(s) are free of charg, extra charge on ABF is Baht 225/child.

Monthly Rates conditions :

• Monthly rates are inclusive of service charge on room only basis and special Breakfast package is 10,000 Baht nett per month (not prorate on exceeding days)

  - Special discount 30% on Laundry Service (except dry cleaning)
• Credit Term :
  - Monthly rate are subject to 1 month security deposit + 1 month advance for contract less 6 months and 2 months security deposit + 1 month advance for contract over than 6 months.
